Shipping policy

order timelines:

ready to ship items are stated as such and usually are shipped within 3 business days, but sometimes up to 5 business days during higher volumes of orders(like shop updates or sale events).

made to order items are specified as such and can take up to 8 weeks to craft them by hand. If any delays occur Cyan Owl will reach out to the customer to update on the timeline.  If you need an item by a certain time please reach out asap and let me know, I will see if I can meet your timeline or not. If time is of the essence I recommend upgrading your shipping to priority or express shipping.

Cyan Owl makes every effort to properly package orders to be protected for mailing. Tracking is included on most items (except for stickers and patches). Standard shipping is USPS ground advantage.  

Rates can vary depending on the destination & specific mailing requirements of the destination. Basic ground advantage usps shipping in the US is free, international shipping to other countries usually starts at $15 for 1st class usps (unless it’s a country that has unusual mailing requirements for jewelry). 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Cyan Owl is not responsible for delays once your order has been given to the USPS or indicated shipping company or international postal system.
