Product Safety Info and Applicable Warnings
Each Cyan Owl piece is inspected individually to ensure there are no rough edges, any potential hazards, and that each piece is securely connected. Should you experience any issues with your handcrafted jewelry at all PLEASE reach out to me (Catherine) Cyan Owl by email at cyanowl.art@gmail.com and I will respond accordingly.
In the (very) rare event that a product does not meet safety standards, we will immediately inform customers and initiate a recall procedure.
Due to small parts and pieces this jewelry is NOT for children under 12. Keep jewelry away from pets, as small jewelry can also be a hazard for animals. Don't put any metal or gems in your mouth.
I highly advise customers to be aware of their surroundings and activities when wearing any jewelry. Necklace chains, earrings, rings can be caught. Be mindful and take off jewelry as the situation calls for it. It's better for YOUR health, and your jewelry's longevity, but individual health is always more important any day.
Jewelry at this time is crafted with .925 sterling silver which is a combination of silver and copper. While sterling silver is considered hypoallergenic, individual responses may vary. If you tend towards having sensitive skin and metal reactions I strongly urge you to monitor your skin for reactions when wearing jewelry and to remove it at the earliest signs of reaction.
Any jewelry pieces that contain mixed metals or feature other types of metals will be labeled as such.
